Families in New Hampshire are asking for ABA therapy now—not months from now. At Upward ABA, we’re building a team that can deliver high-quality care without the burnout. That means smaller caseloads, technology that saves you time, and leadership that values your professional growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Upward ABA BCBA to client ratios are tailored to ensure quality 1:1 supervision with RBTs
· Ample time to ensure treatment plans are updated with newest goal attainments and acquisitions. Adding room for new goals = client growth
· Caregiver meetings 2x/month
· Central Reach, our technology platform, ensures all data collection is seamless, visible and actionable across the care continuum
Qualifications and Skills:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Prior ABA experience will ne noted and rewarded upon offer
Strong communication with families and team, i.e. informed leadership in both areas
Experience balancing center and in-home services
Comfort with tech-enabled ABA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
