I’m Chanelle Kisting, founder of BehaviorHire. After 15+ years in talent acquisition — including 9 years dedicated to healthcare — I experienced a workforce reduction. Instead of returning to another recruiting role, I chose to build something bigger: a platform designed to solve the hiring challenges I witnessed across behavioral health.
