Job Summary:

Golden Hartz ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the delivery of ABA therapy services

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism, in collaboration with the treatment team

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure client goals are being met

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments

  • Participate in staff training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methods

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including part-time and full-time shifts
