1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using services provided by Behavior Health Hire LLC DBA BehaviorHire, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

BehaviorHire.com is a digital job board connecting behavioral-health employers with job seekers.

Services include:

Single job postings (30 days)
Multi-job packages (180-day credit window; 30 days per job)
Unlimited annual plans (12-month access; non-auto-renewing)
Resume database access (for verified employers)

Pricing and packages are posted on BehaviorHire.com and may change without notice.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Employers and job seekers must create accounts with accurate information and maintain account security.
Accounts may be suspended or deleted for violations.
Some information may be retained as required by law.

4. JOB POSTING & APPLICATIONS

Job posts remain active for 30 days unless renewed.
Employers are responsible for job accuracy and legality.
Applicant resumes are shared only with verified employers through applications or database access.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are processed securely through WooPayments (powered by Stripe).
BehaviorHire does not store or access credit-card information.
Stripe’s PCI-compliant system manages payment processing and fraud protection.
Payment is required before a posting goes live.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.
Refunds are issued only if required by law or in cases of verified technical failure reported before job-credit expiration.

7. JOB POSTING GUIDELINES

Prohibited content includes:

MLM or pyramid schemes
Adult content
Non-behavioral-health roles
Misleading or illegal content

Only behavioral-health-related roles may be posted.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Employers agree to comply with employment laws and respect candidate privacy.
Job seekers agree to provide accurate information and apply only to legitimate roles.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website design, branding, and technology are owned by Behavior Health Hire LLC.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content and grant BehaviorHire a limited license to display and distribute that content for platform purposes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BehaviorHire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Platform is provided “as-is.”
We are not responsible for outcomes of employment relationships or for data incidents beyond reasonable control.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Resume Database & Employer Access
Applicant resumes are shared only with verified employers through applications or database access.
By uploading a resume or profile, users authorize BehaviorHire to store their information and make it available to verified employers through the platform, including via paid resume-database subscription access.
